Privacy policy

This policy explains what VidoGrid collects when you use vidogrid.com and the studio, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in with one-time codes and to answer support requests.
• A session cookie (vg_sid) that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. We store only a hash of it.
• Your prompts, the images you upload, the settings you pick and the videos and images generated for you.
• Your credit balance, credit history and orders (pack, amount, date, the payment partner's order reference).
• A one-way hash of your IP address at sign-up and when codes are requested, and the country Cloudflare reports, to stop free credit abuse.
• Page views and anonymous usage through our own Umami analytics (no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking), which may record clicks and scrolling on pages to improve them.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage.
• OpenRouter and the model provider you choose: your prompt and uploaded images, to make the generation; a review model reached through OpenRouter also checks each result before you see it.
• Waffo and Creem: the text of your prompt, for their content-safety checks before generation.
• Waffo Pancake and Creem: payments, as merchant of record. They receive your email and payment details directly.
• Email delivery through Cloudflare, for sign-in codes and replies to support.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Sign-in codes: 7 days. Mail from our payment partners to support@: 7 days.
• Content-check records (which check ran, its verdict and category, never the media itself): 12 months.
• Generations and uploads: until you delete them or your account. Deleting a generation removes its files.
• Orders and credit history: as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@vidogrid.com from the address you sign in with. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your email, sessions, generations and uploads; unused credits are lost.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's network, which can process it in several countries. Model providers may process prompts in the United States or elsewhere under their own terms.

Children

VidoGrid is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will change the date at the top when this policy changes, and tell signed-in users about material changes.
