Terms of service

These terms cover your use of vidogrid.com, including the studio where you generate videos and images ("VidoGrid", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the studio.

What VidoGrid does

VidoGrid lets you write a prompt, optionally add images, and have a third-party AI model (for example Google Veo, Kling, Seedance, Wan, FLUX or Nano Banana) generate a short video or an image. Models are reached through OpenRouter. We also publish free model news, comparison tables and prompt guides. Model availability, options and prices come from the model providers and can change at any time.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. You must be at least 18 years old, give an address you control, and keep access to it. One person, one account: creating accounts to collect free credits again is not allowed and those accounts lose their credits.

Credits and prices

• Generations are paid in credits. The studio shows the exact number of credits before you press Generate.
• When a generation starts we hold its credits. If the model costs less than quoted, the difference goes back to your balance when it finishes. If it fails, every held credit goes back automatically.
• New accounts receive 60 free credits once per person. Free credits can be paused on busy days; purchased credits are not.
• Credit packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as described in the refund policy.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.

Payments

Checkout is handled by our payment partners, Waffo Pancake and Creem, who act as merchant of record for your order and process your card. We never see or store full card numbers.

What you may not make

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms and has the full rules, how we check and how to report. In short, you may not use VidoGrid to create, upload or share content that:

• is sexual or nude, or sexualises anyone; anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way is reported to the authorities;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, swaps or imitates their face or voice, or impersonates them;
• harasses, threatens or defames anyone, or promotes hatred, violence, self-harm or terrorism;
• shows graphic gore or cruelty;
• is designed to mislead people about real events, elections, public health or emergencies;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including copyrighted characters, other brands' logos and images you upload without permission;
• uses a photo of a real person who is not you, unless everyone shown agreed;
• breaks the law where you live or the usage policies of the model provider.

We check every prompt before it reaches a model and review every result before it is shown, and providers run their own filters, so some requests are refused; refused and removed generations cost nothing. We may remove content, keep records and close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits used for prohibited content.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, your uploads and the results. You give us the permission we need to store them, send them to the model you chose, and show them to you. We do not publish your generations or use them to train models. Results are produced by AI, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and may resemble other people's work; check them before you use them, and label AI-generated media where the law or a platform requires it. Your use of a result may also be subject to the model provider's terms.

Service

We work to keep VidoGrid available but do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular model, or a particular result. Models can be added, changed or removed.

Liability

VidoGrid is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
