Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails, is refused by a model, or never starts, every credit held for it returns to your balance automatically. If the model charges less than we quoted, the difference returns when the generation finishes. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

• You can get a full refund of a pack within 7 days of buying it if you have used less than 10% of its credits.
• If a technical problem on our side stopped you from using credits you paid for, we refund or restore them whenever it happened.
• Credits that were used to make generations, including results you did not like, are not refundable.
• Credits from free sign-up grants have no cash value and are never refunded.

How to ask

Email support@vidogrid.com from the address you sign in with and include the order date or the receipt from Waffo Pancake or Creem. We usually reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days; the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix the problem faster.
